Exceptional

Historical building, specious room

Liked: It was a nice hotel in a beautiful historical building, very close to the city centre. My room was super spacious .
Disliked: It could be a little bit more soundproof.

A lovely stay

Liked: The loft apartment was amazing. Great value for money and very spacious. The location was excellent. It was on 2mins from the main square, pubs, shops and eating are abundant.
Disliked: For a self catering apartment. There was no cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave or even a toaster. Not even a tea towel for drying any dishes. The shower was in the bath, which was a deep bath. This left it being a large step to get in it. There was also no shower screen.

Out stay was the best...

Liked: Staff were excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean . And was cleaned regularly.
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were kind and helpful, and rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel is very close to tram stops and near a metro station (though uphill from it, as a head's up if you're arriving from the airport with rolling luggage). Room was beautiful and large.
Disliked: The bed was incredibly firm--possibly fine for back sleepers, but as a side sleeper I woke up more than once with pain or spasms. I couldn't recommend the hotel in warmer months, as there's not air conditioning and the street it's on is busy at all hours so it's pretty noisy with the windows open. The double windows insulate sound well when closed, but in summer or spring you definitely need earplugs at night. There also strangely wasn't an upper mount for the shower head, so it had to exclusively be held above faucet-level.
