Had a nice and smooth...

Liked: Location was few meters from LIMA metro station, which is only 3 stops from city centre, so it was great. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and room was nicely designed.
Disliked: * Breakfast was very disappointing with very limited options repeated every day of our stay and only the first day they had fresh bakery’s which afterwards they heated it up in the oven the following 4 days.* Bed mattress was very poor quality.* There was only one small mirror in the room which is above the sink in bathroom and no long mirrors in the room.

Liked: Super cool rooms, great decor all throughout the hotel, very nice staff and excellent location right by the subway (10mins to the Duomo)

Great hotel.

Liked: The staffs are nice and great. The room was small but very nice. The air conditioner and the phone didn’t work so that was a bummer, however, it’s located in a great area and it’s safe. I would recommend it.
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn’t working.

Liked: The decor of my room was quirky and individual. I really liked it. The bed was super comfy. The room was immaculate. The hotel was perfectly located by a metro stop, so everything was easy to get to.
