Horrible rooms

Disliked: The rooms were awful, there was no slippers, I had to call for a hairdresser, the shampoo& gel were outside the shower. The tv is in the middle of the room, and easy to hit yourself with one of the corners. The place were the put the towels were not fixed so I bump into one of the bars and hit myself with a huge bruise now

Comfortable, clean property with a...

Liked: Our upgraded room was huge & comfortable but with a few quirky features (complicated shower faucets & bathroom tripping hazard) but overall very nice.
Disliked: We were not given the type of room I was expecting at check-in (balcony), but after the first night we were upgraded to a very nice corner room with outdoor terrace. Very good customer service with upgrade.
