Very enjoyable stay at this...

Liked: Quick check in by friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Nice fresh white bed linenFridge. Air-con. Bath and separate shower cubicle. Clean fresh white bath towels. Lovely complimentary toiletries. Steam iron and board. Very friendly hard working staff.All in all an excellent stay at this fabulous hotel

Liked: I tried to cancel direct with your hotel and they told me I had to deal with booking.com even though I told them that I had just been diagnosed with a blood cot on my brain by a Consultant Neurologists that did not make any difference at all.

Great hotel, but superb staff

Liked: From entering the hotel to leaving the staff were absolutely brilliant . Nothing was too much trouble and they deserve all the praise for making our stay exceptional .
