Great location; great staff. Restaurant had a birthday party going on during breakfast and it was very disturbing and noisy.

Liked: Staff were very good.
Disliked: The Fire Engine Hall was below the building - noise was very loud and we were on the 22nd floor.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. I will continue to keep coming back. People are friendly, food is excellent, servers are very good and the hotel is very clean.

Liked: Everyone is so friendly; best part was that the hotel is always very clean.
Disliked: Nothing. Loved it.

We had such a good stay. Everyone was helpful, cheerful and made us feel at home. The chocolates that the cleaning staff left for us were a nice little surprise.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Except for the fact the the heating/air conditioning unit was very loud and kept me awake I found this hotel to be very good. We ordered room service and they gave us a time that it would come - they called us and said it was going to be a little bit late and they were very sorry. I didn't even realize that the time had gone by - I was very impressed by this.

Liked: Staff were very attentive and the room was great. Loved the hot tub - it was nice and warm.
Disliked: Heating/Air conditioning unit was very loud.
