Lovely comfortable room, and great...

Liked: I loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi me and my partner used these a few times. We were on the second floor so having use of a lift was a lifesaver. The tennis court was a hit with us and we also loved that the use of the leisure facilities were free and included in the price of our stay. Our bedroom was a decent size and our bed was comfortable and really nice.
Disliked: Personally we thought that the breakfast price was very expensive unless you signed up for the bonvoy rewards. The air con in our room wasn’t working properly I don’t think as it wasn’t cooling down the room as it should.

Liked: Plenty to offer, bar, restaurant and leisure
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, room was really bog standard. Had better rooms with Premier Inn. Had a room overlooking the car park, despite been known for their views.

Liked: Everything was perfect only issue the room was a little dusty apart from that everything was perfect

Liked: The location was fantastic for York races. There was evening entertainment which persuaded us to stay in the hotel rather than venture into the city. Cafe across the road perfect for change of scenery and light snack.

Nice hotel to relax in.

Liked: Upon arrival we were upgraded to an even better room. Staff were all very nice and polite. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day.
Disliked: Nothing.
