Great Venue

Liked: Room and setting was amazing
Disliked: Nothing, although Shower over bath was a bit restricted

Very short stay

Liked: To be honest I never actually ending up staying there, my grandson spilt hot chocolate on himself, the 1st aiders at the hotel were brilliant and the hotel paid for our taxi to the hospital (where we were until 6am)Could not fault the staff

Lovely hotel, would stay again

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, great restaurant, calming rooms. Helpful staff. Great extras like ice machine in hallway and watermelon water in foyer.
Disliked: Pillows just not the type im used to, I use a memory one and its great, the hotel has standard pillows and I didn't find 1 very supportive and 2 was too high. Might just be a 'me' issue. (always hard to sleep first night away from usual bed)
