Hotel are awful at communicating....

Liked: Hotel are awful at communicating. Charged me for 2 rooms when 1 was cancelled.Showed proof and trying to refund the cheaper room not the one that was cancelled.Communication from the hotel is shocking. Calling for over a week and keep getting passed on.Awful way of running what should be a nice hotel!

Liked: Good value and good quality. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Nothing really beer a bit expensive

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that rooms are not serviced daily. You say this is to help sustainability but really its for you to reduce costs isn't it? At the room rate I paid I would expect a room to be serviced daily
