Very good
Liked: The gym is great, the bar is good for food and drink.
Disliked: The general condition of the room and hallways is dated and could do with some attention. It's a premium price for an average room.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Wi-Fi speed is really poor - about 3 meg. The nearby Novotel has a Wi-fi speed in the region of 80 meg.

Great when you need to...
Liked: Location perfect for our needs. Staff great. Breakfast great. Public areas clean and good looking. We'd go back because access to local amenities we needed / motorways can not be bettered.
Disliked: Bar not amazingly well stocked. Room and corridors to our room tired. Floor really squeaky; sorry if you were below us, we tried to be quiet. Lots of guests seem to feel entitled to park on pavements and drop off areas; I'm sure they're important but it's a pain when you're normal and know how to park in... the car park :(.

beautiful property and incredible staff
Liked: The staff were absolutely fantastic! the staff really made our stay great from the reception team to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast to the bar staff all were amazing! property was beautiful, rooms were a little dated but very well kept
Disliked: the leisure facilities were just a pool, one hot tub sauna and steam room nothing special really
