Liked: Beautiful hotel.. bartender (Will) was awesome. He went above to make sure we were taken care of.
Disliked: No HOT WATER… I had to take a basically cold shower this morning. When I spoke to staff, they said it might have to do with power outage last night… but this was 10-11 hrs later, sounded more like an excuse without an apology. Since I have to travel there over the next several weeks, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

Liked: I like this hotel very much- I was extremely impressed in my first visit, loved the facility-gym, dining, and bar. The staff was very professional and kind.
Disliked: My second visit, the staff were delightful however, the bar area was busy, and the bartender was charming but was slow in responding and getting drinks and food out. Again, it was busy, I think if she had help, it would've been a better experience. The room temperature never seemed to cool off.

Liked: We went to Wichita Falls for a concert and this by far has been the best hotel I have stayed in. Beautiful contemporary motiff and the rooms are immaculate. The security feature for the elevators is a plus. You can only use the elevator with the room card.
