Love that this hotel is...

Liked: Staff were amazing. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially Stuart on the Concierge desk.
Disliked: A couple minor things that didn't work for us. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9:00 a.m. on the first morning then required me to provide a time for them to return. Was not expecting that. They did not fill up shampoo on either day in one of the bathrooms (was clearly running low on day 1, ran out on day 2). When we asked for extra robes they were delivered without belts so we had to call again.
