Liked: I did not have breakfast but I did have dinner at the hotel. The food and staff were excellent.

Not the greatest stay
Liked: location for an event was perfect.
Disliked: long wait to check in 45mins.Our evening meal was not6 tasteful.Breakfast was just awfulRoom key kept deactivating, causing several trips to reception.Restaurant was fully booked when we arrived to eat due to long check in times.Air-con to high in reception/lounge causing it to be uncomfortably cold when we sat to eat.Very disappointed that my £100.00 safety deposit takes 5 days to refund. this was not advised on reception, nor when I returned my room key. I had to speak to head office and chase this up. This could have had a financial implication had I needed that £100.00 immenently.

We won’t be staying here...
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Room was stiflingly hot. Curtains had not been drawn during a hot day. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but made no discernible difference. Breakfast was a disaster. The receptionist confirmed our rate included breakfast, the a.m. staff claimed it did not. Ended up having to pay £18.50 x2 for a sub-standard offering - terrible coffee from a machine, flies on the cold meat and cheese. Customer service was awful, no flexibility or willingness to listen.
