Spacious rooms, great location, pool,...

Liked: Our rooms were conveniently located next to each other, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Each room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The property itself is nestled in the village, yet far enough from the bustling tourist and party zones.The pool was an absolute lifesaver during the peak of the summer heat. We also experienced an unexpected issue when our car broke down, but the staff were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to assist us. Their kindness and support made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we truly appreciated their willingness to help.
Disliked: It would have been great if breakfast was included, especially considering the otherwise thoughtful amenities. While there’s a small café and an attached third-party restaurant, a complimentary breakfast would have made mornings more convenient and relaxing.

Comfortable, great location but poor...

Liked: Fantastic location and plenty of space for families. The flavored water dispenser was a big bonus.
Disliked: Only one elevator in service and stairs could only be accessed from outside the building. Long delays getting in and out of the rooms. The hot tubs were lukewarm 5 of the 6 days we were there. Very disappointing for sore, active guests!

Great location and comfy bed.

Liked: I like how comfy their bed which is great for pregnant like me. Also the location is just a walk a way from the village and any restaurant which is so convenient.
Disliked: The only thing that I rate 9/10 is when you requested something from the help desk it’ll take 3 hours or more to arrive. It happened as well that we requested a kettle at 8 AM for tea but it didn’t arrive so we had to come down to request it again.

Liked: It had very easy access to the village. Very close to the bus stop drop off from the airport. Very walkable.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect location at the entrance...

Liked: Liked the layout of the room a lot! Location at the entrance to the village was perfect for me. Underground parking did lead via lift directly to the room which is helpful with a lot of luggage. Shops and restaurants are in close proximity. Overall vibe was good as well.
Disliked: The entrance to the lift was not clearly marked and I had trouble to find it at the first time.
