Liked: The pool and hot tub were amazing. I love how it was covered but you still felt like you were outside. Room service was very fast and excellent staff!! The dining room was beautiful and the food was incredible .
Disliked: I was hoping there would be a separate laundry room accessible to guests. The dining room was very loud at all times. Also more soaps would have been more welcoming in the bathrooms.

This was not the experience I was expecting. At best, the first night was a runner house and I paid for Harborview

Disliked: It’s old and dated - the lobby has had a refurb but the pool area and bedrooms were very basic and tired.

Disliked: The door lock was broken the whole time. It was very unsafe and I complained yet they didn't agree with me

Liked: Great views on the Harbour and the front staff was super friendly and attentive. Lots of extra amenities like complementary bikes to enhance our experience of Victoria.
