Hotel was close to the Vogue Theatre. Friendly and helpful staff. Offered umbrellas as it was raining. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows are a big thing for me and I found the ones there good.

Disliked: Air freshener used in lobby. I have a sensitivity to scents and found this overpowering.

Great hotel and staff are...

Liked: The online check in is fabulous.. lets you tell the property when you’re arriving. And we were arriving early and they already had our room ready. The front desk was very lovely and super friendly. Our room was great . And the cleaning staff actually knocked on our doors after check in to make sure we had enough towels etc. They had security doorman who always opened the doors for you and were very friendly and helpful with either directions or suggestions for places to eat and other amenities we were able for. Even though it was a bit pricey I would definitely recommend this hotel
