Disliked: I had an emergency and staff wouldn’t give me a refund although booked 3 hours earlier. Denied refund and would just sell the room again unless I stayed Room was dirty. Had meds clothes on night stand

Exceptional

Would stay again but FOR...

Liked: Good sized room, very clean and comfortable beds and good air conditioning
Disliked: Restaurant was closed for a special party, attached Casino Buffet also not open on Thursday and some other nights. The only place to eat was at the bar in the casino. Maybe room service but we wanted to go out and sit down. Was extremely irritated that the restaurant was closed for special party, but NOT notified at time of booking that no sit down service available.
