Fantastic hotel and very friendly...

Liked: The casino was fun and clean and lively.The entrance ID a scanning (casino) was new to Us but a great idea.The pool and hot tub was perfect and lots of access toLarge towels.The hotelWas VERY clean and welcoming.
Disliked: We tried The Buffet (Asian night) and were a little taken surprised. The room was quite small and there difficultly finding seating. The tables were very basic.It was awkward to have the food line near the cashier checkpoint.The space for the food was small and very crowded. The buffet food trays were often empty and very messy with spillage. The initial presentation of the restaurant was of excellent food and relaxed dining but it was opposite in an actual rushed cafeteria atmosphere.The staff were not attentive to the display of food and seemed to be carrying stacks of dirty plates to keep up with new people searching for tables and attending the cash line up.People in walkers and wheelchairs had extreme difficulties moving around the space and their distress caused some discomfort in the other patrons as they tried to shift tables etc..We also noticed that some people were bringing their own condiments and slices of lemons from home to add to the meal there.We were disappointed in the taste and quality of the food there. I don’t think we would ever go back there again and would not recommend it.We enjoyed the hotel very much but not The Buffet.
