Negligence at worst, theft at...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The fact that over £800 has been taken in error over 5 payments when there should have been 2 payments for 2 rooms. I was assured this would be sorted when I raised the 3rd payment, taken in error, at check out but tonight have checked my bank to find 2 further unauthorised payments taken. I was not the only person there who this happened to and a friend has told me they did exactly the same to her in the past.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, and the room was a good size. The bed was too soft though.
Disliked: Everything looked and felt a bit tired, the carpets had been patched up with duct tape and the decor needs updating. For the price it should have been better.

Liked: Quality of food in restaurant. Cleanliness.
Disliked: Every morning at Breakfast we were asked if we would like Tea or Coffee once seated and every morning it was forgotten and had to ask the waitress a second time. there was at most only 6-8 customers in the breakfast room and the waitresses were standing talking.

Disliked: Better service, hot food more selection and very run down looking dining room
