Liked: The room was the best I have seen in a while. The room is very modern and clean and updated. The best part for me was the bathroom, it was so cute and very clean and modern. I loved the mirror and the lighting around the mirror - it was the best to get ready for the wedding I was attending. Also, another great aspect of this hotel was the little fridge in the room. I have never seen it stocked and so prepared. That was such a great idea!
Disliked: The heater in the room was a bit loud.

A Great Experience

Liked: This is a really welcoming hotel with great staff who can't do enough for you. Each day started with a good breakfast in the Driftwood restaurant which was also available for dinner in the evening and reasonably priced. A Starbucks Coffee shop is placed just off the reception area and is open throughout the day.The location is ideal for access to the square one shopping mall and local restaurants, as well as public transport routes to Toronto if you don't have a car. After a busy day it was a pleasure to return to our quiet room with it's super comfortable bed to recharge for the next day.

Liked: Check in experience was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room 1104 was terrible. Dark red stains on floor. Carpet old and worn. Peeling wall paint. Shower had mould in it. Had to move hotels as was really not a nice experience. Worst thing was we got bitten by fleas - think the floor / carpet has then as our feet and ankles were covered. We notified the front desk but they said the hotel was fully booked. We had planned to return for a 7 night stay and then another singe night at the end of our tour. But cancelled the booking as it was not a hotel we wanted to stay in again.
