Good hotel for short stays.

Liked: Nice pool; comfortable beds; eating options in hotel.

Nice Hotel, serious drug problems in area

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful. Im sure if covid wasnt happening it would be a great place to stay. Beautiful open pool area with water slide, plenty of parking
Disliked: Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival. There were sticky cup marks on the desk, hair in the bathtub, and razor caps on the bathroom floor which tells me, this room was not cleaned.The staff was less than helpful at the front desk. We were on the 14th floor and called to inquire about a vending machine. We were told 14th floor, but there wasnt one. Upon asking again, the front desk rep. Advised he knows its there and the hotel wouldnt just remove it... well then he directed us to the 12th floor indicating they are located on every other floor... thank you. We found it and didnt require the backlash.Upon arriving at the hotel, there was a gathering of people at the lobby entrance. It was about 4:00 pm but one group had music blasting, drinking and carrying on. Not the most welcoming... but hey, what other people do is not my business... but now, we left for dinner later that evening (around 7:00) exited the lobby to find an even larger crown completely intoxicated, and active drug use 10 ft from the lobby exit. It was honestly a scene from a movie. Upon our netting the lobby, we were followed several times. Thank god I was with my husband because I was freaked out. It takes quite a bit for myself to feel uneasy. I have backpacked several countries (alone) and never felt the fear I did that night. Their security literally all sat together (4 of them) just pst the lobby in the what would be restaurant if not for covid. Its evident they have no desire to enforce any form of security measures and honestly, due to the nature of individuals they would be dealing with, I dont blame them. I removed all of my jewelry as did my husband who might I add is 64 270 lbs and a Muai Thai fighter. We thought for sure we were easy targets for robbing.I do believe this would be a very nice hotel pre-covid or post covid. Very beautiful inside.

Disliked: A group of people standing outside the hotel doing drugs, swearing and fighting. Mostly black people smoking weed and of very bad appearance which Delta was not able to kick out of their property.
