The Spotlight on Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre

Relaxed Airport Stay with Easy Access to Toronto’s Music Scene

Modern and convenient, Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre offers a laid-back yet polished experience just across from the Toronto Congress Centre. With sleek rooms, free WiFi, and a Starbucks in the lobby, it’s a smart choice for travelers flying into Pearson who want a comfortable base near Toronto’s top venues.
Whether you’re flying in for a big arena show or catching a more intimate gig downtown, this hotel blends accessibility, comfort, and value in one solid package.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location is key here—just a short drive from Pearson International Airport (with complimentary shuttle service) and within reach of many of Toronto’s major music venues. Guests love the quiet rooms, making it a great spot to decompress after a high-energy night. The 12:00 pm check-out gives you time to sleep in, and the multiple on-site restaurants mean you won’t have to venture far for a post-show bite.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking to split a spacious room and grab late-night food
  • Solo travelers flying in for that once-in-a-lifetime show
  • Couples seeking a weekend mix of music and comfort
  • Fans needing quiet after a loud night (the soundproofed rooms help)
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who don’t mind staying a little outside the downtown core

Food and Drink Options

There’s no shortage of food options here. LOT41 Social Bar & Table serves up a la carte breakfast (perfect after a late night), while Harry's Bar offers casual eats and drinks. If you're craving sushi, Ginko's Japanese cuisine is a standout. Plus, there's a Starbucks in the lobby for your caffeine fix. While 24/7 room service isn't available, the variety and convenience of on-site dining make up for it.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, its on-site bar is a cozy spot to wind down with a drink. Plus, the location is just a short Uber or taxi ride from downtown Toronto’s clubs, lounges, and live music venues. Whether you’re heading out or staying in, you’ve got solid choices.

What People Say

Guests appreciate the free airport shuttle, clean and modern rooms, and friendly staff. Many mention the hotel as a go-to for events at the Congress Centre, and it’s often praised for its convenient location and value. The on-site restaurants also get high marks for quality and variety.

Areas for Improvement

If you're planning to attend a concert downtown, note that the hotel is about 25-30 minutes from the city core, so factor in travel time. Also, while some guests found the decor a bit dated in common areas, the rooms themselves are clean and well-equipped.

The Bottom Line

If you're flying into Toronto for a concert and want a comfortable, quiet stay with great food options and airport convenience, Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre hits all the right notes.

Great except breakfast front of...

Liked: Location is great, stayed there for the Oasis concert at Roger’s stadium. Was a fantastic 2 night stay.
Disliked: The woman in front desk in dining room on breakfast was moody. Both days she was grumpy and was only friendly with Spanish speaking guests. She got it wrong each day when she would growl at me that my breakfast wasn’t included. I would have to tell her to check again and soon she would realise she was wrong with no kind expression to acknowledge her mistake. She also told me that all the room guests would need to dine at the sane time which was ridiculous as, I have never heard that in my life. This is a top hotel, I expect more flexibility and professionalism from your team. She is an outlier and needs training on customer service.

Good stay at Delta Hotel...

Liked: Free Hotel shuttle pickup was every 30 minutes and easy to find from the airport terminals.Huge hotel with lots of lobby space, restaurant was great (had dinner), Starbucks on site, small shop in hotel for snacks and other essentials plus souvenirs.Gym was excellent and air conditionedPool was also good but felt dated, excessive space could have lent itself for a Sauna/steam room - felt like been in a pool inside a warehouse.Close to other facilities - restaurants/gas stations
Disliked: As others have mentioned, the hotel is dated (probably 70s build), it could do with further upgrades to keep it at the standard most visitors would expect from a Marriott chain. e.g. bath rooms and room, corridors and lift vestibules.Parking would have been expensive, we went to hire a car and decided not to park at the hotel even for 1 hour due to the charges.

Superb

Liked: Nice location and spacious with wonderful breakfast
Disliked: The front seat required a pin for my credit card and wouldn’t accept anything except a physical credit card. That’s too poor because a week before we paid at the same desk without a PIN code

Large hotel with great amenities,...

Liked: Smooth check-in, clean and comfy room, and the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! Complimentary breakfast buffet was great, and I appreciated having a Starbucks location on-site.
Disliked: I would have preferred to stay closer to the Rogers Center, where I was attending a concert, but booking last minute, there were fewer options available. Being in close proximity to the airport made our room noisy at times, and it took longer getting to and from downtown than I'd have liked, but we enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
