Disliked: Paid cash for food then was charged the same to my room. Staff laughed at me when I asked to review video footage and now they have no video to review. Sent me a email of what I supposedly signed. I signed nothing I paid in cash. They have thieves working for them. Never pay cash an make sure you check your receipt after you check out clearly I'm not the first person that has happened to maybe I'm one of the few that actually looked and has done something about it. Why would I be complaining about a 67 order if it didn't really happen

Liked: Quite location, clean, great hotel for such price. Free parking. We enjoyed a la cart breakfast. Starbucks on the site.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and the staff especially the bartender was very helpful with directions and places to visit during our stay, There was plenty of parking. The hotel was close to the University of Toledo where we attended the Italian Bowl Game.
Disliked: The room was very damp and humid feeling, so much so that the laminate flooring was sticky and the carpet felt dampish.The AC fan was rather loud. The toliet very seldom filled on its own. We had to lift the lid and manually pull the filling lever.
