Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Everything else. No coffee anywhere. The place that did sell coffee never opened for 2 days, until the morning we left. The pool was filthy! It wasn't filtering, there was scum and hair floating all on top of water. Dirty/used bandages on pool deck, bottom of pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The only microwave was down by check in desk. Sucks when your on 3rd floor at opposite end of hotel! Room fridge barely got cold. Big red stain on carpet of our room, looked like blood. Just completely disgusted with whole experience. We will never stay at a Bonvoy Marriott facility again!

Liked: The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. My room was clean and well cared for.
Disliked: The pool looked like it could use some work, although I did not use that.

Disliked: No coffee machine,for the price we paid for room you should have complimentary breakfast. No vending machines.

Liked: The beds
Disliked: It was cold in the whole hotel and our room the temperature was away cold. The thermostat was not working

Liked: The room seemed clean and updated.
Disliked: Sheets on the floor in the hallway when we came in were still in the hallway when we left. No continental breakfast. And it wasn’t clear that this was the case. Lots of noise in the hallway-slamming doors and kids running.
