Great place for a family

Liked: Great facilities, very good breakfast, was wonderful to be able to support our All Blacks in the bar in the morning. The gym was great too!

Nice hotel, good location, couple...

Disliked: Only had 1 large towel in a room for 2 people, Called room service/reception 3 times - no answer. Went down and wrote a note as the staff were busy...asked for an extra towel and some water...staff didnt action it.

Liked: Had a very bad experience here - apart from the fact that the hotel location was close to family/friends nothing else was good
Disliked: - very old property - flush wasn’t working - telephones were not working - no bellboy service at the hotel location- every time we had to come down to reception to complain about something - bees in the room - we were told the manager would call us before finalizing the amount but no calls and payment deducted without notice either I would not recommend this hotel
