Liked: Beautiful location, room was spotless over looking the lake

Very good but....

Liked: Hotel and staff were excellent.Bar and restaurant were very good.Spa facilities and services were also very good.Apart from room location it was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was a bit far from the main hotel and amenities. Luckily it was dry as we wouldn't want it if it was raining. Very different to another Delta hotel we have used.

A recommended stay

Liked: The hotel was beautiful the staff all were amazing, polite friendly and made the stay for us. We were given a complimentary upgrade which we did decline as we specifically booked a lake view room and the upgraded although bigger and more near facilities there was no view. Food was excellent the steak was the best I have had in a long time. The pool was lovely. As it was our anniversary we were given a lovely hand written message and also 2 complimentary drinks and some chocolate, which was really a lovely gesture. The front welcome staff were amazing.
Disliked: The pool is a little walk from changing room for females and to enter you have to go up a few stairs.

Liked: never stayed anywhere where every member of staff were so friendly and helpful all the time
Disliked: nothing not to like will definitely be staying again
