Expected a little more

Liked: Very friendly staff, good desk for working in the room, quick help when there was a problem with the room
Disliked: Restaurant isn't that good. Not so much to choose from. Breakfast not so good. Gym very small and not attractive to go to

Liked: The best thing in this hotel is the Distrikt restaurant. It's always empty, quiet, and the food is amazing. Hotel is okay.
Disliked: The place is old. The furnace is very loud. Turns on at night and every time I wake up. It's very hot while it blows, then gets rather cold. Very dry air in the room.

Nice nearby getaway!

Liked: The room was very comfortable as was the bed and bedding.I appreciate all of the "green" details to help conserve resources.
Disliked: The automatic TV shut off was frustrating as it did not respond to remote input and shut off movies twice, requiring me to sign back in to Amazon.

Our 4th stay - and...

Liked: Staff was wonderful and responsive to every need, and extremely friendly. Lewis, Michael, Angela and Tamara (those are the names I remember, but everyone else was also wonderful). The StarBucks downstairs is a real bonus, and the staff there as well was warm and friendly. Even housekeeping all had smiles and seemed happy - not the same at every hotel.

It was ok but below...

Liked: It was easy to get to and rooms weren't cramped. Bathrooms good sized.
Disliked: Traffic noise off 287 was loud. Tv repeatedly lost signals when using it. Wifi would not connect and desk didn't know the correct password to get on it. Glad it wasn't a business trip where I need wifi or i would have left the hotel. Staff at night needs more training. Maid didn't clean the shower drain so hair from a previous guest was on it , really disgusting. Towels weren't replaced after she took the wet ones ,every day it was less and less towels. Seems staff is only there for a paycheck and doesn't care. Manager was apologetic but that doesn't fix problems, maybe she isn't ready for prime time yet. Sometimes a manager needs to be more assertive and also get out from behind the desk and inspect the work being done. Managing isn't a sit down and watch job.
