Staff was great. Olivia Bowe helped me by giving me a letter for the non-reservation, so I can be refunded. Room was great.

Liked: Not far from the festival.
Disliked: No reservation in my name waiting.

Very clean property. Friendly and professional staff. Greeted by every staff member with a smile! Nice.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lulu at the front desk was a pleasure and was quick to volunteer the info we needed for our stay!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

Disliked: Air circulation in room not good. No way to keep fan on with air conditioning. Stuffy

Overall a good hotel and...

Liked: Clean and comfortable, well situated. Felt safe, and onsite parking was easy. Check in process was simple. Overall felt this was a good value for the location and amenities.
Disliked: Food at the restaurant was just OK - and fairly expensive for what it was. Lobby smelled like chlorine from the pool. There was no info in the room or provided by staff on amenities like wifi/room service.

Liked: Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The air conditioner when cycling made a loud gurgling noise. Didn't like that fact that I had to pay for parking in the hotel structure and for that reason I would not stay here again.
