Staff was great. Olivia Bowe helped me by giving me a letter for the non-reservation, so I can be refunded. Room was great.

Liked: Not far from the festival.
Disliked: No reservation in my name waiting.

Very clean property. Friendly and professional staff. Greeted by every staff member with a smile! Nice.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lulu at the front desk was a pleasure and was quick to volunteer the info we needed for our stay!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

The four start ranking and...

Liked: The bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: For a hotel only built in 2017, it feels surprisingly dilapidated I can only assume with the cheap materials used in construction. The shower floors are stained and the bathroom walls are turning brown. The pool area was unusable, it felt at least thirty years old and the hot tub was falling apart. The pool was freezing cold and very dirty and the hot tub had a layer of sediment or dirt all over the floor and bench seating. The countertop where towels are kept was so warped it look like it would collapse. An industrial dehumidifier was set in the hallway outside my door and was running constantly for two days. The staff, were ok but not great. I was left waiting at the counter to check-in until they had finished a private conversation in front me. All in all the four star status and ranking in previous reviews is very misleading, this felt like a much older property that was three stars at best.

Liked: The rooms weee not cleaned there was blonde hair on the shower panel and the air conditioning was not working. My husband and I were truly disappointed!
