Very clean property. Friendly and professional staff. Greeted by every staff member with a smile! Nice.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lulu at the front desk was a pleasure and was quick to volunteer the info we needed for our stay!

Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

Liked: Pros- great bar, kitchen open, pool open (or there were people in it, we didn?t get in), nice views, soft bed, phenomenal staff, smelled clean, Netflix in addition to standard channels, black out curtains, mini fridge/ clean microwave. Overall enjoyable stay, hand sanitizer everywhere, food is delicious. Excellent location. Free Parking ample if you known where to look in the city.
Disliked: Black Grime on light switches made me feel like I needed to wipe everything down, again, stains on carpet. A hockey player team had booked the hotel at the same time unfortunately and their parents were crowding at the bar and not social distancing or wearing masks around each other. Neither were their kids running around at the restaurant or in the elevator. They also were the same ones in the pool....Social distancing between cliques of people though. Breakfast items a la carte. Probably more enjoyable if not for the irresponsible crowd

The hotel was comfortable and...

Liked: It was a pleasant stay that began with John who checked me in. He was fantastic and remembered my name and I thought that was impressive.
Disliked: Honestly, I was very happy with my stay. If I was to be picky the only thing that was off was the positioning of the toilet by the bathroom door. With that limited space maybe a sliding door would have worked better.
