Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

Liked: I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and great beds. The staff was polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location–it was easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, it's a good place for both leisure and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel, but I did want to mention one small downside. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, just like in the pool. It would have been nice if it had been warmer for a more relaxing experience. However, this was a minor issue, and everything else was excellent – from the comfortable rooms, view and convenient location.
