Disappointing

Disliked: We arrived around noon-ish and requested early check-in. Understanding that it is not guaranteed, normally a hotel will make a strong effort to get us in our rooms if we are there. This hotel did not. I was told that there was a housekeeping staff shortage, so we had to wait for King rooms to be ready right up until 3pm. This was very frustrating because we were in town to perform at the Festival d'ete, and I deliberately chose this hotel for my artist who was a top performer billed for the festival - even though the festival offered us deals at other hotels nearby. We travel regularly on tour and have never been made to wait 3 hours for a room. Good customer service/front desk agents immediately communicate with housekeeping (no matter how understaffed) and ask them to prepare the room type the customer in front of them needs! I cannot over-express my disappointment. I will probably never return here.

Disliked: The room smelled bad, it smelled chemicals. I couldn't sleep until morning. I was coughing all night. It’s elevator not enough for this big building To go to the fifth floor, we have to take an elevator to the third floor and then change Although the hotel is expensive, the facilities in the bathroom were not sufficient.

Disliked: The booking was for 3 adults and one child. On the booking page it says breakfast included. When I arrived to the hotel only 2 breakfast was included and I have to pay for the two other $70.The room was clean but the hotel seam old and not renewed. Carpets are worn.

Disliked: Room included breakfast for two adults only even we booked as a family of 4; had to pay extra for Kid’s breakfast. Was promised a renivated suite by email, was given a not renovated one upon arrival, the receptionist said it was not guaranteed; however, nowhere in the email it was mentioned.
