Kids loved the stay most...

Liked: Room service attendants were nice and welcoming. Front office agents as well.
Disliked: Water replenishments most esp for long staying guests. We’re a family for 4 and we only had 2 bottles of water upon arrival and kept asking for replenishments for 5 nights stay.

Liked: The location was ideal and the gift shop was nice.
Disliked: Parking was a nightmare..

Liked: The hotel was clean, with a very good location and good transport connections. The reception had slightly longer waiting times. For us, breakfast was confusing, as it wasn’t clear what was included in the room price and what was not, and the staff were too busy to attend to us for longer.

Great location, spotless clean.

Liked: The room was spotless( shower head and lever polished!), spacious and comfortable.I enjoyed the pool and had a great time on the squash court,
