Disliked: I did not like the cleanliness of the shower. There was some black mould on the shower floorFor a hotel that's priced in this manner should have better cleaning standards

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great for everything we wanted to visit. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

Overall, our stay was excellent

Liked: The property was modern and well kept. We loved the location of the property, which allowed us to explore Parliament Hill, which was our main reason for visiting our Nations capital. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only area that needed some attention was the shared children activity space. That space looked as though it is neglected by staff. Also, because the hotel is located in a business district there weren’t any grocery stores nearby to purchase food from

Liked: Everything was great! Good Staff, room was clean (only caveat the bathroom was a bit small), great pool for families and nice Italian restaurant in the ground floor.
Disliked: Breakfast food was just fine. Service seemed a bit messy, no many places to sit, tables for 4 busy with only 1 person on them, when there was tables for 2 empty. We had to sit 3 of us in a table for 2 with an spare chair from another table
