Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

I booked this hotel because of the price and because it said they have a "heated pool". The pool was freezing - no heat at all.When I asked the front desk 'why is the pool cold - that is one of the main reasons I booked with you', the guy looked at me like I was from Mars and said 'is it? We haven't had any complaints.' I said 'well you have one now.He said 'I'll send "maintenance" out there to look at it'. The same man comes out there 5 minutes later, looks at me watching him, bends over and sticks his hand in the water shakes it off then leaves - nothing was ever done and nothing else was said. So I'm upset - I say 'forget it' to my daughter, 'this place sucks and I'm not going to come here again'. I told my daughter 'I'm going to take a hot shower instead'. Wouldn't you know it, the water didn't even get hot - it got warm all the way turned to hot.The pressure was horrible with low-flow shower heads just like that Seinfeld episode. LOL. If I wasn't ticked off enough the water from the shower filled up past my ankles...that was it for me! I called to tell of my newest frustration and she says 'we will send someone to look at the water'. Huh? I said 'well all it's doing is sitting there not draining, What's the point? My shower is over now.' When asked for the corporation number to complain, I was told 'we don't have one, this hotel is owned by the bank'. Well isn't that wonderful? The place is run down - I compare it to a Motel 6. The staff has poor customer service skills. I know I will never be staying there again and wished I had picked another hotel. What should've been a relaxing and pleasant stay was so aggravating.
