Liked: Location n parking
Disliked: Lack of customer ethics of 2 personnel when talked to:A. Asked KOLOKO-F&D Manager in MBonvoy desk how shuttle works. Not even saying “Good morning or anyword”!!Gave me a printout without saying a word! Asked how it works…”call telephone number”…I asked which one n gave sheet back…this socalled manager cannot even point out which telephone number I will call!! After pointing to Koloko that there are several numbers printed….finally looked at sheet n pointed it out! Attitude of a personnel that “DONT BOTHER ME” style…IN A M BONVOY desk??? What a BAD EXPERIENCE in my FIRST CONTACT W M BONVOY!!! I told him..”You can do better than your attitude, improve yourself”!Respectfully….Is this KOLOKO a DEI hire??B. Went to resto for breakfast at D Pointe. Cashier asked for card…I said “Did not received in my checkin”…Told me to go back to registration desk!! I said…”You want me to walk back n asked? Why not use ur 2 phones here?” She said..”they do not worked”..I responded..”How can you help?” In a more authoritative voice as a CUSTOMER! She said..”let me ask my manager”…came back..then we had breakfast!! Again a “DO NOT BOTHER ME ATTITUDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”Gave a $5 tip even w this bad experience for other resto personnel!!

Liked: Pools and outside was nice.
Disliked: First you check in and have no dollys for luggage and your room is a few buildings over, staff did call someone to help. You have to pay nightly to park which is crazy. The hotel is dirty, like a dorm room. No room, cord for tv strung across power surge strip to outlet five feet away. Room has no microwave, ceiling in bathroom seven feet, almost can hit head, just bad bad hotel, worst I have stayed in. They don’t have closet in room and bathroom has sliding door with gap to see in bathroom. Laundry didn’t work in buildings spent two hours walking back and forth from my building to front desk who kept telling me engineering was coming to help with washers. Never did. Next day they removed all laundry from buildings, except for one building, one washing machine for entire four building property, this was hotel for basketball tournament so you need laundry. Overall horrible experience don’t trust pics on internet, pool only thing real. Avoid avoid avoid
