They could have told me...

Disliked: I went to check in and they said there was no more rooms available along with 6 other guests trying to check in with me. They sent us all out and said they will give out money back and pay for our stay in a different hotel. It’s been one month and they have not even gave my money back let alone pay for my stay in a different hotel. The people at the desk were just horrible. Lazy did not know what to do and kept telling us to leave.

Liked: Clean, closer to the airport.
Disliked: Very expensive, especially a daily car parking rate was too much, given most of the parking lot was empty. This was asking money on top of the already expensive room. Had to walk so far away to the room from the car to the lobby to the room.

Liked: I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, as it was recommended by the company — and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location — right across the street from the conference venue, which made things incredibly convenient.The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus. That said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Also, the elevator could use some updates — it felt a bit slow and not very efficient.Still, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or conference attendees.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast and elevator could use some updates.
