Liked: Family Reunion food catered meat raw, bathroom door handle broke, at least 5 other relatives had room with broken air condition too many complaints

Bookings.com failed to give the...

Liked: Clean sheets and pillows
Disliked: That Bookings.com didn’t give Marriott Hotel my credit card information. The hotel created a new reservation when I checked in and charged me again. I having a tough time getting reimbursed from Bookings.com

They could have told me...

Disliked: I went to check in and they said there was no more rooms available along with 6 other guests trying to check in with me. They sent us all out and said they will give out money back and pay for our stay in a different hotel. It’s been one month and they have not even gave my money back let alone pay for my stay in a different hotel. The people at the desk were just horrible. Lazy did not know what to do and kept telling us to leave.
