Great hotel, but superb staff

Liked: From entering the hotel to leaving the staff were absolutely brilliant . Nothing was too much trouble and they deserve all the praise for making our stay exceptional .
Disliked: Leaving 😩

Nice enough hotel but we...

Liked: Absolutely lovely hotel, with great-sized rooms, good wifi and lovely staff. A lovely pool and plenty of parking.
Disliked: The room smelled mouldy ( room 201). The bed is very hard ( works for my husband but not me). The link in the room for room service did not work, and they were not answering the phone, so we didn't get to eat that night. No instructions on how to use the air conditioning, so we just needed to turn it on and have it cool'ish.
