Liked: Breakfast and staff(the few that where actually on shift)
Disliked: Not enough staff on the bar.quilts are of poor quality compared to our previous stays.toilet took 20mins to refill so we couldn't flush the toilet(couldnt move rooms because the hotel was full)Poor quality of bathroom toiletries.just not worth the money.we have stayed 12 times over the years and things are getting worse.

Lovely hotel, great room, shame...

Liked: Large room, very comfy bed, delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Hairs in the bottom of the bath, obviously not cleaned properly.

Comfortable welcoming hotel with good...

Liked: the room was spacious and warm. the bed wand pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the bedroom furniture was looking a little worn and tired.The restaurant menu was good with many choices but the main course I chose described a vegetable couscous with the cod, but no vegetables other than tiny chopped pieces of red pepper were included, which I felt was insufficient.

Disliked: Bar area , bar staff need training in customer service and bar skills.
