Wouldn’t come back

Liked: We were in an outdated room, and the toilet and sink were not clean when we arrived, so had to phone down to reception who sent a cleaner up.Toilet didn’t flush properly either. Wrong tv remote for the TV so couldn’t change channels or anything.

Liked: Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Great hotel and I'm sure we will stay here again when we visit Northampton.

Great stay but disappointing breakfast!

Liked: Room fine, however, we were surprised to have an over bath shower! Breakfast was just "ok" ..coffee from the machine was not great and the cooked selection at breakfast was disappointing. The freshly cooked eggs were great but you have to ask the waitress for them! The tinned mushrooms were horrible and no tomatoes were offered. Food in restaurant for dinner was good but expensive. We were there for a family celebration party and the food and service were super. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
