Delta Hotels by Marriott Norfolk Airport

Average hotel; woke up at 2am Saturday night to a huge fight outside our room on the 2nd floor - called the front desk and they knew nothing about it. Police came and resolved the issue.

Disliked: Room temperature inconsistent; bath needed upgrades.

Liked: The capacity to propose a solution to the problem: we didn't get the good room : just one bed and not two as booked. But the receptionist proposed to add a little room for one of our two daughters ; finally we had a good rest after a 24h travel.
Disliked: The surprise when we discovered with my wife that we didn't get the good room as reserved.

They stored my card details...

Disliked: This was the most terrible experience in a hotel ever! I stayed there with my husband for only one night, at the checkin we paid room rate and deposit fee - on the next morning, very early around 4am (we were sleeping) our card got charged a random amount of 113USD without our consenting. We paid everything in the checkin using the POS matching, how could they store my credit card details and charge me with out my consent?! I had to ask my bank to block my card due security reasons after the front desk being useless and unable to help - I am still waiting for a resolution and refund! It is definitely seems a breach of security.
