Liked: The room was very spacious and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I would highly recommend this hotel for service and location.

Disliked: The bed is so itchy even you showered before bed. Request to change room but still the same.How will you complain in the middle of the night to change the beddings. The amount I paid is not worth it, had a hard time sleeping. They can’t do anything to do any concessions as it was booked by third party. I should have booked with them directly instead of using the booking.com platform.
