Disliked: The AC unit did not cool at all. Our room was incredibly hot and humid. The AC would sometimes blow cool air and sometimes warm air, despite the thermostat being set to 68 degrees or lower. We told the staff and asked if we could borrow a fan, but they didn’t have one or do anything to help. I also paid for my stay before arriving and then got charged again for the full stay upon arrival, but was only told to swipe my card for “incidentals.” I’m still waiting for my refund.

Ok to sleep over and...

Disliked: Bathroom floor was left dirty and we asked twice to have someone clean it but no one did. We complained but were told by the clerk at front desk that he is only a receptionist. Not sure who we were supposed to complain to.
