Liked: Very comfortable.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom.

Liked: Friendly and very responsive staff. Nice room and very clean. I left my wallet in the car. Valet was very good about bringing the car back for me to get it.
Disliked: I would have liked to park my car or at least have known where it was.

The room was very nice and so were the staff - I would say there again.

This hotel was quite impressive, right from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. Once we got in the impressiveness continued. The hotel was immaculate; every staff member we encountered was so polite, professional and helpful. We would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

Disliked: Few things:1. Room’s carpet was so old that looked dirty. That makes the room looked old 2. The parking is only Valet Parking. Self parking is not allowed3. Parking is $39 + HST

Disliked: Pool not accessible. 16 steps from change room to pool$60/day parking fee. $200 damage deposit.

Liked: We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, very friendly staff, everything was very clean, food was delicious, beds were comfortable. Very recommended!
Disliked: There were constructions outside that started at 7:15 AM. The rest was perfect.
