Liked: Very comfortable.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom.

Liked: Friendly and very responsive staff. Nice room and very clean. I left my wallet in the car. Valet was very good about bringing the car back for me to get it.
Disliked: I would have liked to park my car or at least have known where it was.

The room was very nice and so were the staff - I would say there again.

This hotel was quite impressive, right from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. Once we got in the impressiveness continued. The hotel was immaculate; every staff member we encountered was so polite, professional and helpful. We would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. We got away for a night to celebrate a birthday and the amenities were very accommodating. Was upgraded to a king bed and had an excellent breakfast.
Disliked: I had stayed here when I was younger and totally forgot about the open concept elevator... after a few trips up and down to the 19th floor I got used to it again. The great stay helped calm my fear of heights, lol!
