Liked: Friendly and very responsive staff. Nice room and very clean. I left my wallet in the car. Valet was very good about bringing the car back for me to get it.
Disliked: I would have liked to park my car or at least have known where it was.

This hotel was quite impressive, right from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. Once we got in the impressiveness continued. The hotel was immaculate; every staff member we encountered was so polite, professional and helpful. We would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

Liked: The valet was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

If you want a hot...
Liked: The staff there were great, and Elka at the restaurant was exceptional! She never stopped checking up on us to make sure everything was good, see if we needed anything else, and above all was extremely pleasant to have around.
Disliked: The hot tub. I selected this hotel over a couple others because they have a hot tub. Well, no they don't, they have a hot bath. When we arrived, there was a sign that stated that the hot tub was "operational" but the jets weren't working. The staff that night told me that it just happened. However, we met a guest the second day who told us that they were here about 5 months previous and that same sign was there back then, that they are "waiting for parts" in order to fix it. I wanted a hot tub, but was sold an inferior bill of goods. Will NOT return to a hotel that lies to its customers.

Liked: They are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They keep your personal info in their main computer system, but have no idea at front desk that you've ever stayed at a Delta hotel before. They should recognize this fact.

Liked: Staff were excellent and went above and beyond for us! They cleaned the room thoroughly as I have allergies and often get sick staying over places - they cleaned the room very well for us.
Disliked: Prices for valet parking were a bit high, but understandable for downtown.
