NOT THE BEST FOR A...
Liked: I checked in on June 9, 2025The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The clerk gave me a room at the far end of the hotel, I requested another room, which probably was the worst room, the A/C was very noisy and the TV didn't work, maintenance came to the room to fix the TV, he couldn't get it to work, told me he be right back but never returned. The only ice maker working was on the 5th floor. Cleaning staff left an uncapped bottle of cleaning chemical in the bathroom. The guy working the front desk when I checked in was more interesting in watching a movie on his phone during his shift. The only good thing about this hotel was checking out !! I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

It's ok.
Liked: It's was a beautiful property.
Disliked: It was hot. Hot inside. The room never got to a comfortable temperature regardless of the setting so it was warm.

Liked: Front desk wask professional. The hotel courdesy, very pleasant. Willing to meet accommodations * drive discount for an incidentals that arose.
Disliked: Seeing a reach in my room, but hotel generoisly gave a discount for the i convenience.

One of the worst experience,...
Liked: The trip started out great but I had to get moved out of one room. The air-conditioning ended up going out had to move to a whole Nother hotel so I have nothing positive to say about this experience.
Disliked: The first night they had to change the room because the young man said he would send maintenance up because the TV wasn’t acting right so when I went downstairs, he had another set of keys for me to change rooms. The next night went out with the family came back in the room was 90°. It wouldn’t have been too bad had them had. They had told me, but nobody told me anything and I walked right past the front desk so when I called to ask for some FaceTime because they didn’t leave any, he said that he would bring them up or when he brought them up I asked about the air conditioner and that’s when he told me the air was off. The room was 85° by me not being from Little Rock Arkansas. I didn’t have nowhere to go in the middle of the night so it’s 6 o’clock I end up going to my car to sleep at 10 o’clock. I went in and asked about There and they said it should be all shortly. Finally they said I could go to another hotel. They would give me my money back so now not only am I don’t have nowhere to sleep to find a hotel in Little Rock where I feel safe and secure. There are so many things that could have been done better. They should have paid for my other Hotel, even though they gave me the money back because that was there Mistake not mad and I know they didn’t break the air-conditioning but they could’ve made me feel welcome like I saw them do other people, but that’s a whole Nother story but at the end of the day I would never book Delta Marriott again or booking.com

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: When I first got to the hotel, staff was on her personal cell phone talking to someone. I was charged $26 more than what I was quoted on booking.com instead of paying $119.60 I was charged $145.60. When we got to the room door there was a moldy smell from the carpet and puddles of water in front of the room door with a utility fan. The internet did not work the first 45 minutes we were there. Before checkout a housekeeping staff member opened my room door. If we didn't have the extra lock on the door she would have pushed the door all the way open.
