Disliked: When we got up to our room I set the temperature to 65 and left. When I got back later that evening the temperature didn’t move from 70. After turning it off and on, the room got hotter not cooler.So after calling the main desk they sent someone up at 12am to fix the room because it just kept getting hotterThe man came in and said “oh yeah it’s broken”Proceeds to try to fix it for 30 minutes.After saying he fixed it and left, the room did cool down a little but was still warm.The breaking point that was so disgusting, is finding ROACHES in the hotel room.We immediately left and made this aware to the front desk person. He said that a manager would call me ( 5 days later ) there has been no call… no message…. No email….I told him I have picture proof if he needed it, he said “oh no I believe you” and reassured me again that someone would contact me…..

Not the typical Marriott experience!

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Morning staff were nice.
Disliked: The bar was not open. They had a sign stating that the alcohol license had been applied for. The room thermostat wasn’t working. It was rust in the restroom and discolored tubs. The pool area lights were broken. The area had a lot of homeless people .
