Very poor

Liked: For the price of the room, why not put in free parking?
Disliked: One of the ladies who were at the reception when we checked it was not even smiling. Then I stood there and they were conversing, and then she told me, without a smile that the other girl will be attending to me. It is not hard to smile, especially at the reception. Also, the shower handle landed on my foot, and almost on my friend's foot. It fell twice. The reception lady offered to give me breakfast but I opted to have my parking covered instead. Up to now, I still do not see my refund on my visa online
