Fantastic.

Liked: The location is the best. Parking is easy.
Disliked: Would like better concierge support to suggest places to visit.

Great downtown stay

Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice bar in the lobby. Clean rooms with a good view and very comfortable beds. Great pool. Not a lot of floors so easy to navigate. Second time staying here and would choose it again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: It's a bit weird having to walk through the parking garage to enter and exit as a pedestrian. Rooms run cold - I had to turn the thermostat up to 23 degrees until it felt reasonable.

Liked: Good location, right to the harbor. All rooms with view to habor or to the lake. Hugh parking.
Disliked: No safe in the room.

Disliked: Complimentary coffee would have been nice. They gave vouchers last time I stayed so I was surprised they didn’t this time.
