Amazing hotel in amazing location...

Liked: Awesome on the water location heart of Kingston. Super comfortable, spacious rooms, restaurant on location and parking.
Disliked: N/A

Good

Liked: The location on the water front was perfect. I was there to visit a friend who lived nearby. Overall the room was clean and a good size.
Disliked: There was no window we were able to open to get fresh air. The air conditioning made noise so we had to turn it off at night. I believe the room had been renovated but there were still signs the hotel and our room was from an earlier time. The toilet was small, too small especially for my husband.

Disliked: Parking garage under repair finding a spot was difficult. Still charged full parking fee

Disliked: Was not told that there was a $41.00 parking fee. Their parking garage was under repairs very dusty and muddy in spots. Why did I have to pay $41.00 for that mess.

Disliked: The air in the room is awful, very dry can’t breath sealing are very low, popcorn sealing small bathroom, too high of the price for the room

Disliked: The view is good only if you have the good side of the hotel. Considering the prices, they should be giving free breakfast options. Just one table chair and no extra sofa to relax and enjoy the view.
