Kids loves the pool and...

Liked: The pool and hot tub was great
Disliked: The service for pool drinks was extremely slow the day we were there.

Enjoyable stay.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.Enjoyed our evening dinner in the restaurant and breakfast as well. Very friendly, courteous staff.
Disliked: The pool was crowded with teenagers in for sporting events so there was no room for anyone else. Totally understandable in this type of situation. The pool area looked nice.

Amazing!

Liked: This hotel is such a gem. To be greeted so warmly after a long car journey from Jasper and to arrive to such a beautiful oasis of luxury and comfort is something which will stay with us! We were upgraded to the amazing room at the top floor, which was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Thank you
