Delta Hotels by Marriott Jacksonville Deerwood

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay while we were there for Rockville. It was comfortable and clean and just made us not really want to leave.

Liked: Clean; friendly; comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

My husband and I stayed here for an Alice Cooper concert. What a wonderful hotel! Friendly, helpful staff; clean rooms; safe location; easy to find AND free cookies. :-) Awesome job! Made me remember why Radisson is my "go-to" hotel.

Liked: I liked the updated amenities and the check in experience. Also the bathroom was very large and clean. Having a large roll-up vanity and super bright mirror and roll-in shower was really nice to have, especially when it comes to ADA compliance.
Disliked: The bed was lacking any sort of bed bug cover, I don’t know if this was a sign of confidence on their part, but it made me feel skeptical. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper. I kind of expected more on that front, but I only had to use them once, so I can live. Finally there seemed to be a shortage of electrical outlets. My wife and I had to move our respective night stands in order to find a bedside outlet for our phones, otherwise, the nearest outlets to the bed was on the opposite side of the room.

Liked: I liked the location of the property. It provided a well balanced itinerary surrounding. I liked the promptness of the service staff as they were always busy.
Disliked: False advertising. Breakfast was extra and not included. Pay at the property was more. This is something I’ve never experienced through booking.com. They also cut the water off for maintenance issues. With no complimentary gifts to suffice. Overall it was a mask with an ugly face under it. Mattresses were soft though.
