It was a wonderful stay....
Liked: The inside lobby was beautiful and inviting. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Very fancy bathroom/shower! Close to the expressway and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: The outside wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing. They charged $9.00 for parking, and $12.99 for breakfast (we opted for an outside breakfast option).

Good
Liked: We liked the omelets and it was as expected. The price was reasonable.
Disliked: I wish there were more areas to put our trash. Was not told about the parking fee.

For a Marriott Bonvoy Hotel...
Liked: Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Loved the statues, art work, marble hallways and common areas. Also, the landscaping, indoor water fountain, roaring fire in hospitality/breakfast room/bar room, and use of fragrance all made a wonderful first impression and created a very warm welcome.
Disliked: Booking.com reservation was supposed to include breakfast but Delta didn't honor that portion of the reservation, and charged $11 per adult for their breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet was standard to below standard fare for hotels in similar price category. The beds and pillows were all very firm and a bit lumpy, suggesting it's time for updates in mattresses and pillows. Linens and bedding covers were good. There was only one trash can and it was in the work station/desk area. There was no trash can in the bathroom. This is a problem for any lady who is menstruating and doesn't want to (or can't/shouldn't) flush feminine hygiene products. While it may seem like an easy fix of simply relocating the trash can, it created a situation where we had no where to dispose of regular non-feminine hygiene products. It was very odd having to dispose of business waste/trash by our own means. While heat/air, lights, sink, shower, remote, etc. all worked fine, we don't know about the in-room Keurig machine. Because Delta did a "bait and switch" regarding breakfast, we weren't sure what other normally complimentary incidentals we would be charged for (ie bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, etc). The location of our room was on the first floor near the lobby area, which made for a lot of foot traffic and less-than-pleasant ambient noise. Exacerbating the matter were noisy "neighbors" and too thin walls. This resulted in us not being able to get to sleep until one neighbor -- a "night owl" -- settled down (after midnight) and then having to get up earlier than expected because another neighbor -- an "early riser" -- greeted the day by playing music while watching TV while talking/yelling on their phone, just to be heard. Finally, the hotel, itself, is located in a declining area. There's no security patrols. Nor anyone enforcing handicap parking use.

disappointing and won't stay there...
Disliked: breakfast was very slow, juices were minimal and not noticeable, staff directed people to inventory that was not put out yet, front desk staff delivered towels while custodial/security employee stood by doing nothing causing people to wait to check out, manager interrupted front desk staff while they were serving customers... he should have waited his turn and honored the customers who then had to wait for him to finish interrupting... rude... unprofessional...management should not interrupt customer service.... it's just ignorant arrogance
