Expensive stay in an average...

Liked: Friendly, efficient reception staff member was quick to check us in.
Disliked: Air conditioner in the room was noisy. The bathroom was dated and had a fixed shower head over the bath. The shower pressure was weak.

I expected better.

Liked: The facilities are fairly modern and well maintained. The mini suite was large enough for three people.
Disliked: The mattress on pull out couch was uncomfortable. The AC seized on the second day and would no longer cool the room. The toilet did not function properly.

Wasn't comfortable for me.

Liked: Carpet free room.
Disliked: I don't appreciate being exposed to chemical perfumes and sanitizers pumped into the air. After walking through the hotel and stepping outside, I couldn't smell anything except the perfume from the hotel. Rooms have no plastic bags in garbage bins. So you have no garbage privacy and it's also not fair for housekeeping to be handling garbage like that. Also people will flush things that shouldn't be flushed down the toilet. I could hear my neighbors through the connecting door. I tried using the bathroom fan to mask the noise but it had a timer that had to be reset every 30 minutes or so. All these things irritated me as a guest and will not be coming back to this hotel

Pretty disappointed. Will not return.

Liked: Not a whole lot.
Disliked: Pretty basic room for the money. Situated on a busy corner, quite a bit of traffic noise. Lobby air is scented with a floral smell. Unusual, in that a lot of people, including my wife, are scent sensitive. One day got no maid service. Another day did not happen until 5PM. Room air conditioning quite loud.

Totally, it was good.
