It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Beautiful facility. Great location close to waterfront and restaurants.
Disliked: Buffet breakfast was very expensive for what it was. Very limited selection of dishes. Coffee maker in room had sediment when water was run through it. Only given 3 regular coffee pods and flavoured cream. Milk and regular cream is needed. No bathrobes provided.

Liked: We liked to Oak + Cru patio, particularly as the main inside dining area (and lobby generally) seemed cold/over air-conditioned. The serving staff was very friendly and helpful.We liked our corner room (517) with the good view over the pool area and towards the bridge, and all the natural light from those windows.
Disliked: While the bed was comfortable, in my opinion it was too soft.There were few amenities in the bathroom - my wife missed having a shower cap, cotton swabs,

We will never stay here...

Liked: The food was very goodWe had breakfast once in the time we stayed & one dinner
Disliked: Very disappointed with the lack of help with our luggage We asked for help but no one showed up When we were checking out we left our bags with the valet while we checked out and got our carThe 2 valets sat and watched us load our luggage into our carTerrible service for a hotel charging such high prices!
