Good night stay.

Liked: The main installations, restaurant, etc were nice, the room was average, loved the view and the Nespresso that was a great touch.
Disliked: The spa was closed, and it was a 30-minute walk from the city centre, where my conference was happening. The bedsheets were rough.

Extremely Disappointing – Not as...

Liked: We were shocked by how different this hotel was from the photos. Nothing looked like what was advertised. The lobby had a strong smell of beer and alcohol, lbecause the bar is situated directly in it—definitely not a family-friendly environment.The rooms, which were advertised as spacious and modern, were actually small, outdated, and had an unpleasant, heavy air. The beds gave off an old, used feel, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations, including the exterior of the hotel.After just one hour of checking in, we decided to leave and book somewhere else. The hotel refused to do any refund. Very overpriced for the experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere—this was a truly disappointing stay.
